Online Payment Policy
Cross Timbers Action Shooting Association (CTASA) online payment policy.
In order to provide competitors with the convenience option of paying match fees online, CTASA will implement the following policy:
An optional online payment option may be offered for CTASA Level I/Tier 1 matches. Cash will continue to be accepted for all Level I/Tier 1 matches. The decision to offer online payment for a match will be made by the Vice President.
Online payment, if offered, will be accepted online via Practiscore, and will include an additional convenience fee to cover processing fees from Stripe or any other payment processing service used.
A competitor who pays in advance and withdraws under the guidelines of the CTASA no-show policy will be issued a refund minus any processing fees.
A competitor who pays in advance and receives a no-show penalty for any reason will be issued a refund minus any processing fees.
If a competitor on a 60-day suspension registers and pays for a match online, they will be withdrawn from the match and issued a refund minus any processing fees.
By utilizing the option to pay online for matches, competitors agree to not request credit card chargebacks for any reason. Any credit card chargebacks will result in suspension from all matches until the competitor remits payment to CTASA for the chargeback plus associated fees in cash. That competitor will no longer be eligible to pay online for Level I/Tier 1 matches and any future online payments will result in a refund issued minus any processing fees.
For a match cancelled by CTASA, the club will apply the match fee paid to a subsequent CTASA match that the competitor registers for with identical match fees. Alternatively, if a refund is requested in place of applying the fee to a subsequent match, a refund will be issued minus any processing fees.
